Why Patras?

The Conference and Cultural Centre of the University of Patras is located on the University Campus of Patras, in the Rio area. It lies about 1 km from the University Hospital of Patras and is easily reached from both the old and the new Patras to Athens national road.
The Conference Centre has an open car park with capacity for approximately 500 vehicles and coaches.
The University Campus is served by public transport to and from the centre of Patras, as well as by taxi around the clock. The bus lines to the University are mainly those of the 600 series, for example 601, 604, 605 and 609. The journey from the centre of Patras takes about 30 minutes by bus and about 10 to 15 minutes by taxi or car.
